Hi, my name is Alistair Ruff and I’m an experienced design and user research generalist. I currently work at public digital where I support organisations to do design, research and strategy better. I’m also *still* studying part time for doctorate in service design.

Prior to that I led the design of colleague facing products at Co-op, as well as heading up the user research community of practice and was an active part of the service design and customer experience communities too. Before leading the collleague products team, I was principal designer in the customer experience strategy team
